Hesra Studio is a French made-to-order brand based in Brittany, South Finistère. Clothing, accessories, and jewelry are made in France in our workshop, in limited series. Some pieces can only be made in small quantities, or even in a single piece, depending on the amount of fabric available. There is no stock to avoid any waste.

The pieces generally range from size 36 to 42. Accessories, like collars and hats, are one size fits all. It is possible to make custom-made items by specifying your measurements when ordering.

 

COST

All prices are in Euro.

 

PAYMENTS 

Payments are made on the site by credit/debit card or by secure payment via PayPal.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. Hesra Studio does not keep stock and each piece is made to order. The approximate delivery time is 7 to 21 working days from the date of order (excluding weekends and French public holidays), depending on the number of orders and the workload.

All orders are sent from our workshop in southern Finistère, Brittany. Orders are sent via Colissimo or Mondial Relay. The delivery fee is calculated based on your delivery address. We ship worldwide.

 

Customs charges for shipments outside Europe may apply and we are not responsible for these costs. We cannot predict whether a fee will apply or how much you will be asked to pay. No refund will be accepted on orders that have not been received due to unpaid customs fees.

  

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS 

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code on remote sales (articles L121-16 et suivants du Code de la consommation), the buyer can use their right of withdrawal for any reason and will only have the shipping costs of return at their expense. The law allows that the buyer has up to 14 days to do this, counting from the delivery of the product.

If the time limit expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or other non-working day, it shall be extended to the next working day.

Beyond this, Hersa Studio reserves the right to refuse return or refund. Your requests should be sent to [email protected] or via the form on the site.

The return or exchange of items will only be accepted if the items ordered are returned in perfect condition, unused or damaged.

Return of the products is at the buyer’s expense.

It is also possible to return your order to us for a modification, in which case the costs of return and re-shipment will also be the buyer’s responsibility. Any retouching requested will result in a new cost.

As stated in Article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply “to the supply of goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized”.

Therefore, if your order has been custom made we will not be able to exchange or refund your order. Also note that any modification requested on the original piece (change of color, addition of a strap, adaptation of the length…etc.) is considered in the same way as the custom-made pieces. These articles are made in a one-off design for the customer: no exchange, no refund will be possible.

If an item ordered is up to standards at the time of delivery, it is evidently not the responsibility of Hesra Studio to make free alterations if the customer has taken the wrong measurements or has changed size between the order and delivery. In addition, the customer can return the piece to us after prior approval from Hesra Studio so that we can see if any alterations are possible or not, and if this is feasible, they will be invoiced.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

Hesra Studio will not disclose any information you provide to us.

 

LITIGATION


1. Applicable law
The present general conditions are subject to French law.

2. Original language
The present general conditions were originally drafted in French.

3. Settlement of disputes
In case of difficulty related to the application of the present act, the client and HERSA studio (Marie Morvan) agree to seek an amicable solution before anything else, notably with the help of a consumer association, a professional association of the branch or any other person of their choice. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the client will address the competent commercial court.

4. Mediation service
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, our company has set up a consumer mediation system. The mediation body chosen is the Association of Mediators of Western Brittany (AMBO).
